Refund policy
General Returns
We have a 14-day return policy for general releases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with all plastic tape and box seals, the plastic wrapping around the figure/item should still be present if it was there initially, with tags, and in its original packaging/box that should be pristine unless advertised as damaged/worn prior. This means products be completely sealed as dispatched. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for using a suitable shipping method which is insured for the full items value, and a return address will be provided. The item should be packaged correctly also. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund can be issued in such cases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take pictures/videos of most orders prior to dispatch to ensure condition and quality.
The following items do NOT count as defective or damaged items only as an unwanted item, therefore please refer to general returns above and ONLY if the item is unopened. We are sadly unable to accept returns of opened examples of the below. We would advise customers to contact the manufacturer of their item where possible, with their feedback if they believe their issue below makes their item unacceptable to them after unboxing.
• Item packaging condition, unless the buyer has contacted us beforehand to arrange special instructions for delivery and purchased additional insurance.
• Cosmetics such as paint application, placement of accessories or detail in the figure’s aesthetic.
• Minor functionality complaints, such as looser, stiffer, slightly ill-fitting or squeaking articulation points.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Early Access, Rare items & Trading Card Games (TCG). These are due to the exclusivity of the items and are meant for the most diehard and specific of collectors of which are individually sourced, and due to the nature of assorted cards in various TCG's the risk of damage/resealing/instant loss of value upon removing seals is present. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either.
Items deemed damaged due to mishandling/improper use will not be accepted.
Please note that the products sold are not toys but collector items. They are not intended for people under the age of 15. These items are designed for adult collectors, far more expensive, detailed and VERY fragile. Figures may have tight fitting joints out of the box so caution is needed.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges at this time, these will be decided on an ad-hoc basis. We insist that customers are 100% sure they know they want the item before purchasing,
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that for customer cancellations, shipping fees will be deducted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
