Returns only accepted within 14 days of receipt for general releases (Early access, sale, used and Rare Items are non refundable).
Items must be in the same condition as sent out (Box still sealed in good condition, figure unused with plastic wrapping still present). Failure to do so will result in refund being rejected. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

Please note that whilst we do out utmost to keep item boxes in good condition, many may have slight imperfections such as scratches, creases or crumpling. Any significant wear will be mentioned in the product description/header.
Please note that the products we sell in our store are not toys but collector items. It is not intended for people under the age of 15. These items are designed for adult collectors far more expensive, detailed and VERY fragile.
Figures may have tight fitting joints out of the box so caution is needed.
Damage caused via mishandling is non refundable.
